Group Human Resources Manager

Job Description : Group HR Manager ABU DHABI UAto lead HR functions across our diverse business units, including Healthcare, Trading, Transport, Automotive, F&B, and Construction. Key Responsibilities: ? Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals and UAE Labour Law Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives ? Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, DOH/HAAD & industry regulations ? Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits (WPS compliance) ? Implement performance management & training programs across industries ? Manage HR operations, visa processing & HRIS Systems Requirements: ? Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration ? 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a managerial/group role in the UAE ? Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, healthcare compliance & construction manpower regulations ? Proven leadership, cross-cultural management & communication skills
