Job Description : Offshore Planning Head FPSO 20+yrs We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Head / Project Control Head to join our Offshore EPC team in Mumbai, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor of Engineering (full-time) and have over 22 years of relevant experience in Offshore Planning and Project Control functions. Key Responsibilities: - Planning, monitoring, and controlling projects and proposals - Allocating necessary manpower to projects and proposals - Implementing systems for planning package development and generating reports, including weekly and monthly progress reports, man-hour analyses, and special reports - Streamlining document management processes for easy traceability and retrieval - Demonstrating detailed knowledge of FPSO, Living Quarters, Yard Management, and large-scale platforms (mainly 10,000 MT and above) We welcome applicants of any nationality who fit the criteria.
