Job Description : Manager – Plant Operations Location: Fujairah, UAE Orchid International FZC Experience: 10+ years in Flexographic Printing & Leadership Role Education: BE/ B.Tech and MBA (Operations) / Diploma in Printing Technology Key Responsibilities: - Oversee flexo printing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. - Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and drive waste reduction initiatives. - Manage inventory systems to maintain optimal material levels and prevent stock issues. - Supervise preventive maintenance schedules and ensure smooth equipment operation. - Oversee the coordination and functioning of all departments, including Administration and Logistics. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
