Job Description : ENGINEERING PROJECTS MANAGER THAILAND An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale capital expenditure projects within a leading consumer goods factory in Bangkok. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end delivery of major capital projects, including site expansions, equipment installations, and factory redesigns. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to maximize efficiency and impact. Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout all phases. Oversee internal and external teams, including engineers, contractors, and specialists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on goals and progress. Proactively manage risks and scope changes to keep projects on track. Drive continuous improvement through strong documentation and post-project reviews. What you bring: Strong experience managing CAPEX projects in FMCG manufacturing, with a focus on brownfield upgrades. Solid knowledge of GMP, FDA, and regulatory standards to ensure full compliance. Proven ability to manage large budgets with strong financial oversight and cost control. Engineering or related degree; PMP certification is a plus. Effective problem-solver with sound judgment and adaptability under pressure. Clear communicator across all levels, fluent in English and native-level Thai. Professional, proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
