Auto Showroom Manager

Job Description : AUTO SHOWROOM MANAGER The positions require a minimum 5-8 years experience in automobile sales background, car sales exports/import, preferably in luxury car sales Should be able to work in a Hi-Performance environment and chase sales targets aggressively. Flexible to work with diverse team and work culture. Manage the business and handles a dynamic team. Must have an excellent communication skills in both in English and Arabic language. Key Accountability: Conduct detailed Market Research to identify Potential regions/clients for Business Expansion. Onboard New Clients and boost overall Company Sales as per the set targets. Monitor Team Sales and drive team performance in line with the agreed targets. Prepare Sales reports and Dashboard periodically and present to the management.
