Job Description : FACTORY HEAD NIGERIA We are seeking an experienced Factory Head to oversee and manage a plastic manufacturing facility. This leadership role calls for someone with a strong background in plastics manufacturing, particularly in injection molding and blow molding processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end factory operations. ???? Experience: 12+ years What you’ll be responsible for: ???? Leading overall factory operations – production, quality, maintenance, and workforce management ???? Driving production planning, process efficiency, and cost optimization ???? Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards ???? Implementing continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives ???? Guiding, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve production goals What we’re looking for: ? Minimum 12 years of experience in plastics manufacturing (Plastic Food Flask/ Plastic Food Container preferred) ? Strong technical knowledge of molding technologies ? Proven track record in factory management and team leadership ? Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering ? Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
