Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD CANADA Open to International candidates , role based out of Halifax The ideal candidate will bring 18+ years of experience in end-to-end core operations, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, process efficiency, and business growth in the retail/FMCG space. The role demands a dynamic leader who can manage and optimize the entire operational spectrum – from supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and distribution to retail operations, customer experience, compliance, and performance monitoring. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and executing operational strategies that ensure seamless execution across multiple geographies, while aligning with overall business goals. Key responsibilities include: Leading and streamlining end-to-end operations across retail outlets and distribution networks. Driving process improvements, automation, and efficiency to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Overseeing supply chain and logistics management, ensuring timely product availability. Implementing operational excellence frameworks with measurable business impact. Building and mentoring large teams across functions while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Partnering with senior leadership to align operations with business strategy and growth plans. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate with proven expertise in retail/FMCG operations and a strong leadership orientation.
