Job Description : GM OPERATIONS UK Role is open to International candidates General Manager | Manufacturing Operations | Beverage & Food Industry seasoned General Manager with over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence in the beverage and food manufacturing sector manage 8 manufacturing units, including beverage filling, snacks, biscuits, and maize milling, overseeing a team of 78 expatriates, 800 national workers, and 600 daily workers. expertise in production planning, maintenance management, and process optimization using tools like 7QC, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM. with a proven track record of commissioning high-capacity production lines (e.g., 36,000 BPH KRONES, 15,000 BPH CSD) and implementing sustainable practices like PET and HDPE recycling. leadership focuses on fostering cross-functional teamwork, achieving KPIs, and driving continuous improvement. Must Successfully commissioned multiple high-speed production lines Reduced operational downtime and wastage through Operational Excellence and TPM initiatives. Enhanced production efficiency by implementing advanced management tools and ERP systems.
