Job Description : Security Manager (Preferred Ex-Serviceman) for Central Africa Qualification: Any Graduate with Relevant Field of Experience Experience: Min. 15+ Years Salary: Up to 2000$ Net Savings pm Expatriate Benefits: Furnished Accommodation, Food/Local Allowances, Utilities, Basic Local Medical Facilities, Transportation, Visa & Ticket Job Description: • Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating security staff on security and risk prevention protocols of the company. • Experienced into creating and enforcing protocols for access control, loss prevention, theft prevention, and emergency response. • Responsible to prepare guidelines and advisories to protect and control company Stock Movements, Customers and Employees. • Experienced into recommending, implementing, and maintaining security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control devices. • Conducting thorough investigations of security breaches and incidents, gathering evidence, and recommending corrective actions. • Staying alert with current industry standards, laws, and regulations related to security and safety. • Working with local police and other emergency services to address security incidents and investigations. • Documenting security incidents, providing regular updates to management, and preparing reports for internal and external audits. • Providing security awareness training, first aid trainings, fire evacuation training and mock drills to all employees, ensuring they understand their roles during any kind of emergencies and are able maintain a secure environment in their work premises.
