Job Description : Plant Head Experience - 20 to 25 Years Location - Saudi Arabia Industry - Oil & Gas Note Gulf work experience is mandatory. Job Description: · 15+ years of experience in precision machining and special processes, preferably in oil & gas / aerospace / defense sector. · Lead P&L responsibilities and oversee achievement of overall business targets for the unit. · Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering (Masters preferred). · Minimum 5 years in a Plant Head / Unit Head / Managerial role. · Strong knowledge of CNC machining, process engineering, and special process qualifications (API knowledge). · Proven track record of managing upstream and downstream customers with successful delivery performance. · Proven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve technical, operational, and process-related challenges effectively. · Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and automation.
