Job Description : Head of Automotive – Capital Automotive Myanmar Location: Yangon, Myanmar, *Accept Expat from SEA countries* Are you a seasoned leader in the automotive industry with a passion for driving innovation, operational excellence, and growth? Capital Automotive is looking for an exceptional Head of Automotive to oversee our Ford and Jaguar-Land Rover (JLR) businesses in Myanmar. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Co-CEO (RMA), with end-to-end responsibility across retail sales, after-sales service, forecasting, pricing, and dealer network development. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and grow the Ford and JLR retail and aftersales divisions • Manage national dealer network and external OEM relationships • Drive pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and new model development • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas • Support P&L, cost management, and operational efficiencies We're looking for someone with: • 10+ years of senior-level experience in the automotive sector • Deep knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and sales strategy • Strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management • A collaborative mindset and cross-functional coordination experience Travel: Domestic (monthly) and regional (quarterly) If you’re ready to help shape the future of automotive retail in Myanmar, we’d love to hear from you.
