Oversee all major functions, ensuring alignment and accountability across the enterprise. Candidate Profile 1. 15 years of senior leadership experience, ideally in FMCG, distribution, supply management. 2. Demonstrated track record of delivering business growth, profitability, and market leadership. 3. Strong financial and strategic acumen, with experience managing P&L at scale. 4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. 5. Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
