Job Description : Country Sales Director - IT Sales in Dubai Salary - AED 45,000-50,000 + family medical + family tickets + Annual Bonus Must have strong Project sales background, IT sales, cloud & digital solutions, IT complex sales solutions -Must be highly results-driven, process-oriented, skilled at managing teams, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Conduct regular business reviews with clients, evaluating their technology usage, identifying new needs, and recommending solutions for growth and efficiency. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, introducing new solutions that align with clients’ evolving business challenges. Proven experience managing large, complex accounts, with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and driving revenue growth. Ability to understand a client’s business challenges and recommend cloud solutions and digital solutions that provide strategic value.
