Job Description : After-Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles We are seeking an experienced After-Sales Manager to lead and manage commercial vehicles after-sales operations, including service, spare parts, warranty, and customer support. The role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, driving service revenue, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage after-sales teams (service, parts, warranty). Oversee workshop operations, ensuring quality and timely service. Drive spare parts sales and manage inventory effectively. Handle warranty claims in line with OEM guidelines. Develop customer retention and fleet service programs. Monitor P&L, budgets, and KPIs for after-sales performance. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Business. 7+ years’ experience in after-sales management (commercial vehicles preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Solid knowledge of vehicle technology and workshop operations. Proven track record of achieving service and parts targets.
