Supply Chain Head

Job Description : Supply Chain Head ????Experience Required: Min 15 Years in Food and Beverages Industry ????Location: Central Africa ????Key Responsibilities: ????Planning & Procurement: Forecast RM/PM needs, prepare budgets, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, manage imports, customs clearance, and engineering spares procurement. ????Inventory & Logistics: Maintain reorder levels, optimize delivery routes, track shipments, and minimize container/fleet damages. Oversee all warehouses and stock replenishment.) ????Cost & Revenue Impact: Drive cost savings, improve vendor performance, and optimize supply chain efficiency. ????People & Compliance: Lead teams, ensure employee development, and promote safety (OHS&E). Maintain GMP compliance in storage. ????Systems & Reporting: Develop SOPs, improve processes, manage ERP-based stock control, monitor space needs, and prepare MIS/reports (KPI updates, expiry data).
