Job Description : 5) PURCHASE AND SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR GUINEA FOR MINING Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the purchasing and supply chain in Guinea, ensuring control of flows from procurement to delivery, with a constant focus on performance and efficiency. Your responsibilities include: Supervise your teams and oversee the management of material and goods flows, ensuring quality and cost optimization. Plan and coordinate supplies, preparation and shipping times, ensuring availability based on needs and commitments made. Define and analyze the performance indicators necessary for operational monitoring and strategic decision-making. Ensure optimal stock management, manage inventories and adjust levels according to market developments. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in all operations. The Successful Applicant With a higher education background, ideally supplemented by a specialization in supply chain or logistics, you have at least 12 years of experience in the mining sector or in raw material flow management, including at least 4 years in a management role. Your career has allowed you to develop solid expertise in international environments and natural resource markets. Recognized for your leadership qualities, you combine rigor, team spirit, and a keen sense of coordination. Excellent command of English is essential. Perfect command of English is essential.
