Job Description Reporting to the business head you will: Lead the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing ones in the plastic industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D activities with business objectives. Oversee the design and execution of experiments to test product performance and quality. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during product development. Analyse market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to resolve production challenges. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to meet organizational goals.
