Job Description : GM Operations – Kenya ( Expat position) A leading biscuits and confectionery manufacturing company in Kenya is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to be based in Nairobi. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end factory operations to ensure smooth production and efficiency. Manage raw material inflow and outflow, ensuring timely availability and usage optimization. Conduct input-output analysis and monitor production processes for cost control and productivity. Develop and implement raw materials planning and inventory management systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Lead, motivate, and effectively manage a diverse workforce. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG / food manufacturing. Strong expertise in factory operations, supply chain, and production analysis. any Graduate. MBA preferred. Must be physically and mentally strong, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments. Age is not a limitation; we seek candidates with maturity, energy, and leadership skills.
