Job Description : DIRECTOR - DATA & INTELLIGENCE - DUBAI ???? We are currently recruiting a Director of Data and Intelligence to lead our client's data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across their retail chain. This senior role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong leadership, and communication skills to manage data teams, ensure data quality and accessibility, and drive a data-driven culture. We are looking for someone that is a visionary leader has a great personality and high energy. Ideal candidate: ???? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. ???? 15+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. ???? Deep retail industry expertise (e.g., merchandising, supply chain, e-commerce, customer analytics). ???? Proven track record of building scalable data platforms and deploying predictive analytics in retail. ???? Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and real-time data processing. ???? Advanced analytics and predictive modeling ???? Data architecture and infrastructure design ???? AI/ML model deployment in a retail setting ????
