Job Description : Vice President – Manufacturing Operations (Cluster Head) Company- leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging serving the Pharma, FMCG, Liquor, Electronics, and Medical Devices industries. Salary -- 60,00,000 -- 80,00,000 Qualifications & Experience Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Polymer Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred. Experience: 20+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 8–10 years in leadership roles managing multi-plant operations. Strong exposure to automotive industry, rigid plastic packaging , injection molding, blow molding, or related processes preferred. Proven track record of delivering operational and financial results in a multi-plant setup. Role Overview The Vice President – Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for overseeing a cluster of manufacturing units, ensuring their operational health, profitability, and alignment with organizational goals. This is a strategic leadership role, requiring a balance of operational excellence, people management, and visionary execution to drive continuous improvement across multiple plants. Take complete ownership of P&L for the assigned cluster of plants, ensuring profitability and cost optimization. Establish and standardize quality management systems across plants, ensuring compliance with ISO/GMP/QMS standards. Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental norms at all facilities. Lead lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TPM initiatives to drive operational excellence. Stakeholder Management
