Job Description : HEAD OF PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN SINGAPORE a leading organization in the industrial manufacturing space and they are seeking for a Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, APAC spearhead the development and execution of a strategic procurement/ supply chain aligned with their ambitious growth and expansion plans. Job Description Develop and implement regional procurement and supply chain strategies that support business growth and enhance operational efficiency. Source, assess and onboard suppliers to establish a reliable, high-quality supply chain, ensuring compliance criteria and actively driving supplier performance across these key areas. Oversee procurement integration during mergers and acquisitions to ensure smooth alignment with corporate objectives and maintain operational efficiencies. Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, effective negotiation and continuous process improvement, while maintaining quality and service standards. Perform detailed analyses to guide informed buy-or-make decisions, optimizing procurement activities and resource allocation. Build, mentor and lead a high-performing procurement team, providing hands-on direction and ensuring the effective rollout of procurement strategies. Collaborate closely with the global headquarters, utilizing resources and best practices to synchronize regional procurement efforts with corporate goals. The Successful Applicant 15-20 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably within industrial manufacturing. Proven track record in procurement integration, supplier onboarding, NPI and leading regional operations. Deep understanding of supply chain management practices within APAC Demonstrated ability to implement cost reductions and streamline processes. Extensive experience in building, managing high-performing teams and thrive in a fast paced environment Excellent negotiation and contract/ supplier management skills Willingness to travel 20-30% across the region.
