Job Description : MEP Project Manager Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya Education Qualification: Diploma or engineering in Mechanical or electrical Experience: 10 - 15 years, having worked on international branded hotel projects Job Description: - · Provide required technical clarification to contractors and coordinate drawings with MEP consultant. · Coordinate with design consultants for any design change required by site conditions. · Assist MEP contractors to resolve technical problems at site and advice on work methodology. · Weekly scheduling of work front and priorities for MEP contractors · Inspect quality of incoming materials, installation workmanship, and rectified works and quantity checks on site versus BOQ. · Assist MEP contractors to plan and conduct testing & commissioning operations. · Preparation of final defect list and monitoring of their rectification. · Collection of as-built drawing and documentation from contractors. · Manage hand-over of MEP systems to Operator.
