What we’re looking for: ? MBA in Operations/Strategy with 8+ years of leadership experience ? Proven success in scaling multi-region operations ? Strong track record in driving efficiency & profitability ? Preference for leaders from e-commerce, retail, or logistics platforms ???? Impact you’ll drive: ? Faster deliveries with consistent service quality ???? NPS > 70 across all platforms ???? Year-on-year cost efficiencies ???? Expansion into 20+ new regions
