Job Description : Head of IT | Oman | F&B Manufacturing & Distribution We’re hiring a Head of IT for a fast-growing food and beverage business in Oman. The role calls for a seasoned tech leader who’s fluent in SAP and infrastructure—someone who can modernize systems, not just maintain them. You’ll lead the full IT stack: ERP, infra, cybersecurity, business applications, and user adoption. Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable tech solutions. This isn’t a firefighting gig—it’s a strategic leadership role to future-proof operations. What you bring 15+ years in IT with at least 5 in a leadership seat Deep command of SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), infra architecture, and vendor management Experience supporting manufacturing and distribution-heavy operations Strong execution mindset with a collaborative, hands-on style GCC experience preferred; Oman familiarity is a plus
