Job Description : Manager – Exports Location: Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania Industry: Consumer Products / FMCG Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Manager – Exports with a passion for expanding into African markets! If you have a proven track record in business development, export operations, and deep knowledge of African consumer markets, this is your chance to make a significant impact! Key Responsibilities: ???? Develop and execute strategies for African markets, especially South Africa/SADAC and West Africa. ???? Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners to drive market penetration. ???? Manage end-to-end export operations (order processing, shipping, documentation, compliance). ???? Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, regulatory) to ensure smooth operations. ???? Represent the company at international trade events and meetings. ???? Achieve sales and profitability targets to align with business objectives. What We’re Looking For: ?? 8-10 years of experience, with 5-8 years focused on African exports. ?? Strong understanding of export regulations, shipping documentation, and trade compliance. ?? Proven success in business development and sales operations in African geographies. ?? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Benefits Include: ?
