Job Description : TA HEAD NIGERIA Talent Acquisition Lead Location: Lagos, Nigeria Experience: 15+ Years Industry Preference: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Energy / Manufacturing Company: Petroexcel Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities: Lead complete talent acquisition strategy for Nigeria operations. Partner with senior leadership to close mid-to-senior and leadership-level roles. Strong exposure to technical and industrial recruitment. Build strong pipelines using both traditional and digital sourcing methods. Candidate Profile: 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Prior experience hiring for large-scale industrial or EPC projects preferred. Must have worked in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Manufacturing sector. Africa/Nigeria hiring experience is a strong advantage.
