We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead brand, digital, and customer experience strategy across a growing portfolio of premium grocery stores. About the Role As Head of Marketing, you’ll define and drive the brand’s positioning in a competitive and fast-evolving market. You will lead campaigns that connect with diverse customer groups, build loyalty, and showcase our commitment to premium quality, service, and sustainability. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to translate insights into impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned to growth and expansion goals. Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and partnerships. Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement across all touchpoints. Drive customer insights, loyalty programs, and CRM to build repeat business. Manage media, PR, and influencer collaborations to elevate visibility. Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. What We’re Looking For Proven marketing leadership experience within premium grocery (not large format stores) or a foods FMCG leader. Strong digital marketing and omni-channel expertise. Track record of driving growth, customer engagement, and brand equity. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-moving environment. UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
