The group backed by Abu Dhabi $10BN Asset firm require a strategic commercial leader who can build a regional logistics solutions hub. CEVA Logistics DHL Kuehne+Nagel DB Schenker DSV - Global Transport and Logistics This is a pivotal executive role, driving commercial strategy, partnerships, and growth as the group scales its footprint and capabilities across key regional markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the group’s commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth. Lead business development and client acquisition across 3PL, contract logistics, and supply chain solutions. Forge and manage strategic partnerships with regional and global players. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing commercial teams. Oversee pricing, contracts, and service models to maximize competitiveness and profitability. Partner with the CEO and Board to shape market entry and expansion plans. What We’re Looking For Proven track record as a senior commercial leader in logistics, 3PL, or supply chain. Deep understanding of regional and international markets. Strong network across FMCG, retail, automotive, industrial, and e-commerce sectors. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and winning large contracts.
