The Role In this role, you will: Lead and inspire a finance team of 30–40 professionals across France. Oversee all statutory reporting, compliance, and financial governance. Deliver financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering to drive performance. Translate numbers into meaningful insights, actions, and strategies that move the business forward. Partner closely with the leadership team, supporting decision-making and ensuring accountability. Build a high-performance culture within the finance function, coaching and developing teams at all levels.
