Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR FRANCE Open to International candidates Our firm is seeking a Supply Chain Director (M/F) for its client, a major industrial player in the manufacture of cosmetic and hygiene products, as part of a strategic structuring of its flows and teams. Our client is a renowned industrial company in the field of cosmetics and hygiene products, with comprehensive expertise: formulation, packaging, laboratories, manufacturing and packaging. Present on a “full service” basis, it combines innovation, in-house production and high quality, with a strong sustainable dimension. Our firm is seeking a Supply Chain Director (M/F) for its client, a major industrial player in the manufacture of cosmetic and hygiene products, as part of a strategic structuring of its flows and teams. Missions: Reporting to the site's General Manager and a member of the Management Committee, you will manage all supply chain activities (forecasts, planning, procurement, internal logistics, customer relations and performance). Your role is to: define and deploy the site's Supply Chain strategy, in line with group guidelines. manage stocks (raw materials, components, semi-finished products, finished products). structure planning tools and make projections more reliable. integrate new development projects into the S&OP process. lead a continuous improvement process (OTIF, costs, schedule reliability, etc.). manage, ensure operational performance and support teams in a dynamic of transformation. develop the group's best Supply practices within the site. represent the Supply Chain internally (CODIR) and externally (customers/suppliers). We are looking for a supply chain director (M/F) with higher education (Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain or industrial engineering. You have solid experience, of at least 15 years, in supply chain management in a complex industrial environment (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agro-industry), with strong expertise in team management, a strong customer focus, recognized leadership, as well as a real appetite for structuring, cross-functional work and change management; a good level of professional French and English is required.
