With their software already in the market, Artrya is entering its next exciting phase of growth - and they are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the way. This is a rare opportunity to: Define the future of AI-powered diagnostics in cardiovascular care Lead a talented technology team to deliver their products Challenge conventional thinking in MedTech and digital health Play a pivotal role in shaping a company with a bold global mission About the role Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO will set Artrya’s technology strategy and oversee the delivery of scalable, regulatory-compliant AI-powered diagnostic products. You’ll inspire and grow a high-performing technical team, collaborate with product, clinical and commercial leaders, and ensure our technology continues to deliver faster, more accurate, and more accessible care for patients worldwide. What you’ll do Lead the design and execution of Artrya’s long-term technology strategy Oversee AI/ML development for their flagship product, Salix Drive innovation across cloud platforms, MedTech, and digital health Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, IEC 62304, HIPAA, GDPR, and cybersecurity standards Mentor and develop a world-class technology team Partner with leaders across the business to deliver secure, scalable, and clinically impactful solutions 15+ years in senior technology roles, with at least 5 years in executive leadership Proven experience in AI, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and regulated environments Deep knowledge of software as medical device (SaMD) development and compliance (ISO/FDA/TGA) Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels A passion for innovation, IP strategy, and data science to healthcare outcomes Postgraduate qualifications in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field (PhD or MBA highly regarded) Experience managing distributed teams and external vendors
