Job Description : HEAD OF DATA AND ANALYTICS VIETNAM Lead Data Analytics Strategy: Define and execute data & analytics strategy, governance, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Architect Modern Platforms: Establish frameworks for scalable data platforms and integrations to support digital products. Deliver Analytics Solutions: Oversee design and delivery of impactful BI and advanced analytics solutions. Collaborate Globally: Partner with global and regional teams to co-create and scale analytics products using agile methods. Engage Stakeholders: Build trust with business leaders by translating data into actionable insights and promoting solution adoption. Develop Team: Lead and grow the Data & Analytics team, fostering skill development and cross-functional exposure. What you'll need to apply: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, analytics, engineering, IT, or a related field. Fluent level in English, both written and spoken. 10+ years in data analytics, BI, or data science; 3+ years in a senior leadership role delivering large-scale analytics projects. Skilled in data mining, insight generation, and data visualization tools like Power BI & understanding about Machine Learning or can leverage AI Experience in FMCG or large-scale industries is preferred. Proven team management skills (ideally a team of 10+ members), strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; deep understanding of commercial and consumer data sets
