Job Description : Head Operations FOR SNACKS/FMCG CARIBBEAN Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Chemical Experience: 20 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Responsibilities - Lead overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, EHS, planning, and logistics. - Oversee daily operations of high-throughput manufacturing and assembly lines. - Lead risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement in EHS practices. - Leverage smart manufacturing, IIoT, MES, and data analytics to enable predictive operations and real-time monitoring. - Interface with R&D, Supply Chain, Project Execution, and Business Development teams for seamless coordination
