Job Description : COO FMCG CANADA Chief Operating Officer Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and IT systems. - Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency to meet profitability and growth targets. - Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with regulatory standards. - Lead digital transformation and IT initiatives to enhance operational agility. - Collaborate closely with the Sales function to align supply and demand planning. - Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships within internal teams. - Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external distribution networks. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Skills: - Proven leadership in FMCG operations with a strong track record in P&L management - Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in driving digital and process transformation.
