Job Description : PHARMA BUSINESS HEAD CARIBBEAN - Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 120 professionals across sales, regulatory affairs, logistics, and market access. - Drive strategic growth in the UAE market, followed by expansion into GCC and African regions. - Oversee full P&L ownership, budgeting, and business planning for a USD 30-40M operation. - Build strategic partnerships with global pharmaceutical and biotech companies for product registration and commercialization. - Ensure compliance with regional regulatory frameworks and healthcare standards. - Optimize supply chain and distribution through 3PL and GDP-licensed facilities. - Represent the organization in high-level stakeholder engagements, industry forums, and regulatory bodies.
