Job Description : SALES MANAGER AGRO BUSINESS IVC Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage strategic and key accounts by improving our service offering, developing pricing and risk management plans to maximise opportunities and market share, whilst maintaining strong customer relations; Gathering market intelligence, developing market insights and analysis with an aim to expand business opportunities for Company in African market; Collaborating with sales personnel, Technical services, R&D and Supply Chain teams to develop unique and complex customer solutions to achieve overall growth objectives for new and existing products; Managing strategic business interests via tender, multi-year supply proposals, short term contracts using marketing and pricing expertise to demonstrate Cargills value versus competitors and exceeding customer expectations; Maintaining account plans and providing sales forecasts for value creation opportunities; Co-ordinate/lead internal resources to ensure products are delivered on time to customers requirements every time, relying on advanced teamwork and mature influencing skills to successfully execute duties, partly pertaining to working with manufacturing plants and pricing desks; Experience and skills Tertiary qualifications in Sales / Marketing / Chemical / Biochemical Engineering; Around 5-8 years of experience; A strategic and creative mindset to maximise business opportunities; Experience in the food or agricultural industry (preferable); Highly developed B2B sales, commercial and negotiation skills; Strong customer focus and customer engagement skills; Strong attention to detail and hands-on approach; Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Strong communication, presentation and time management skills; Effective problem-solving skills; Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software/databases; Ability to travel interstate to meet customers as well as visit manufacturing sites;
