Factory Manager

Job Description : Factory Manager (Ice Cream Plant) Global Ice Cream Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Factory Manager to lead operations for modern Ice Cream manufacturing facility for our overseas clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, manpower management and others. Ensure compliance with international food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory requirements. Implement efficient production planning, resource optimization, and cost control measures. Lead a team of supervisors and technical staff, ensuring high productivity and continuous training. Coordinate with senior management on reporting, operational strategies, and plant performance improvements. Drive innovation in processes to improve product quality and production efficiency. Lead the Green field diversified projects in Food Industry and Brown field projects for existing products. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in ice cream/dairy/food processing industry, with at least 10 years in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of ice cream production processes, cold chain, utilities, and packaging. Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills. International exposure or prior experience in handling overseas assignments will be an added advantage. Locations Overseas (details will be shared during the recruitment process).
