Job Description : DISTILLERY DIRECTOR IVC You are responsible for the following missions: Define and implement strategies and procedures on industrial, logistics, procurement, costs, stocks, distribution and customer satisfaction aspects Collaborate with all teams to identify opportunities for industrial improvement while controlling costs Develop relationships with key suppliers, particularly on contractual obligations, quality standards, etc. Lead the logistics and procurement teams by setting objectives and improving existing procedures Monitor market trends, economic indicators and industrial development opportunities on the African continent Ensure the environmental impact of the supply chain in order to meet sustainable development objectives Implement new technologies on production sites and remain attentive to new trends and developments in the agri-food sector The Successful Applicant With a higher education background, you have at least 10 years of experience in similar roles in the agri-food sector. You have demonstrated skills in managing industrial operations, ideally on the African continent. Operational, pragmatic and with strong analytical and adaptive skills, you know how to manage multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
