Job Description : GM Finance - Uganda (Greenfield/Brownfield Project Expertise) Chartered Accountant We are seeking an exceptional General Manager of Finance to join our client team in Uganda. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major greenfield (new facility) or brownfield (redevelopment) project. You will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy, managing significant capital expenditure, and ensuring the financial integrity of the project from conception to completion. What You'll Do: Lead Strategic Finance: Drive the company's financial strategy, providing critical insights to the CEO and Board on investment decisions, capital structure, and growth plans. Project Management: Oversee all financial aspects of our major capital project, including CapEx budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Your expertise in managing project finance is essential. What We're Looking For: A fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must. 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in greenfield or brownfield projects.
