Job Description : CFO for a global multinational, listed in India. The role will be part of the India leadership team and will play a critical role in driving transformation and change management. Location - Mumbai Key Focus areas: 1. Growth (organic and inorganic) 2. Profitability enhancement 3. Process automation and optimization Ideal Candidate Profile 1. Qualification : CA 2. Experience : 20+ years in senior finance roles. Prior experience as CFO or equivalent in a listed, manufacturing-focused organization is a must 3. Exposure to an MNC environment preferred Key Competencies: 1. Strong commercial and business partnering skills 2. High EQ and agility 3.
