Job Description : GM PROJECTS DUBAI Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Take full responsibility for P&L management, financial performance, and cost control. Define and execute strategies for business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to secure repeat and new business. Ensure compliance with all UAE contracting regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards. Report directly to the Board, providing clear insights on business performance, risk, and opportunities.
