General Manager

Job Description : GM GCC 25+ years experience To establish and oversee the operations of organization Centre of Excellence for Quality Assurance and Quality Control. This role will involve developing and implementing best practices, procedures, and processes to uphold product quality, safety, and compliance across our manufacturing facilities. The QA/QC CoE Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams & Quality Leads to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: ------ 1. Establish and lead the Centre of Excellence for QA/QC, defining its vision, goals, and strategies to drive quality excellence across the organization. 2. Develop and implement robust QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 3. Provide leadership and guidance to QA/QC teams across multiple manufacturing facilities, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. 4. Oversee the development and implementation of quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-process testing, and finished product evaluation. 5. Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing facilities to assess compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. 6. Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that product specifications and quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle. 7. Lead investigations into quality incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformances, implementing root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions as necessary. 8. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate quality performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Preferred candidate profile ---- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Master's degree preferred. Quality & Six Sigma black belt certification is a must Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the FMCG/ Food industry, with at least 4 years in a COE role.
