Job Description : FMCG OPERATIONS MANAGER KENYA We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager FMCG to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will play a key role in managing supply chain logistics, inventory control, production planning, and team leadership to drive operational excellence and business growth. As an Operational Manager FMCG, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, procurement, and finance to align operational strategies with business objectives. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. You will also be responsible for implementing best practices, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring that customer demands are met with high-quality products delivered on time. The role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the FMCG industry landscape. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field. Proven experience in FMCG operations management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
