Job Description : General Manager – Leading Asian 3PL | Dubai ???? We are partnering with a prominent Asian 3PL company to appoint a dynamic General Manager for their Dubai operations. Location: Dubai, UAE Sector: Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Supply Chain Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple sites in the UAE Drive excellence in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational efficiency Lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams for high performance Manage full P&L responsibility and drive commercial growth Ensure seamless client management and service delivery Implement best practices in process optimization and cost control Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven track record in 3PL/Logistics management, preferably in the Middle East or Asia Strong expertise in WMS implementation and operational leadership Experience managing multi-site logistics operations Demonstrated people management and team development skills Solid understanding of P&L, financial controls, and commercial strategy Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities Why Join?
