Job Description : Talent Acquisition Leader (Senior Manager / Director Level) ???? Location: Dubai, UAE ???? Experience: 12–15 Years ???? Industry Focus: Tech & Finance Recruitment Budget- AED 45000-55000 ? Key Requirements: 12–15 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a recruitment agency background. Demonstrated expertise in executive search and building leadership pipelines. Balanced recruitment experience across Technology and Financial Services (a 60/40 mix is acceptable in either direction). Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities. Experience in fast-paced, multicultural environments. ????
