Assistant General Manager

Job Description : AGM FOOD PROCESSING NIGERIA Oversee daily operations within the food processing division. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement operational strategies and policies. Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated operations. Mentor and lead the operations team to achieve targets and objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years experience in FMCG operations, specifically in food processing. Proven leadership and managerial experience. Strong understanding of production management principles. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in using ERP systems and operational software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
