Job Description : President (Polymer Business) Looking for a strong business leader to head the Polymer division. This role will oversee all key functions – Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, Operations, R&D, HR, Finance and Supply Chain. We are looking for the candidate who: - Drive business growth and profitability - Build strong customer and partner relationships - Lead high-performing teams and develop future leaders - Spot new business opportunities (expansion, JVs, acquisitions) - Ensure smooth operations, innovation, and continuous improvement + Senior leadership experience in Polymers / Chemicals with full P&L responsibility and having managed business volumes of ?1200 Cr+.
