Location: East Africa Are you an experienced Production Manager ready to take charge of high-volume food processing and FMCG manufacturing operations? This role offers the opportunity to lead extrusion cooking, flour milling, and consumer product processing lines while driving efficiency, quality, and innovation. ???? Key Highlights: **Lead day-to-day production operations across diverse food processing units. Ensure adherence to quality, safety & hygiene standards. **Drive process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce wastage. **Mentor and manage teams to achieve consistent output and operational excellence. ???? What We’re Looking For: **10 years of experience in production management (extrusion cooking, FMCG & flour milling expertise preferred). **Strong knowledge of machinery, quality control, and food processing operations. **Proven leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver results.
