Shift Manager

Job Description : Shift Manager-Production (Ice Cream Plant) Global Ice Cream Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Shift Manager-Production to manage day-to-day operations in a modern Ice Cream manufacturing facility for our overseas clients. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage production activities during assigned shifts. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Monitor and control shift-level manpower, machinery, and resources for maximum efficiency. Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and hygiene practices. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid downtime. Maintain accurate production records and report shift performance to senior management. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in ice cream/dairy/food processing industry, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/shift in-charge role. Sound knowledge of ice cream production processes Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills. Overseas experience will be an advantage.
