Job Description : Sales Manager – FMCG Location: Dubai Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000 + Benefits Our client, a leading organization in the FMCG sector, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, Accounts management, market development, and customer relationship management. Key Deliverables: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Achieve the agreed targets for sales, profit, and market share Drive sales of the company’s core brands and secure effective distribution to optimize profitability. Maintain effective customer partnership Establish service agreements with customers and ensure all commitments are fulfilled as per the contract Review sales trends across accounts, categories, and brands, and develop effective sales strategies to drive growth Strategically prioritize key brands to boost product volumes and maintain strong consumer awareness Ensure timely payments in accordance with company guidelines and financial policies Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. Experience: 10 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of analyzing data to drive business growth.
